The most common storage solution in the industry. You see pallet racking in most applications because of the flexibility and relatively low cost.

Elevation heights of cross beams can be customizable and are based on capacity of the uprights.

With single deep selective rack, you have the freedom to select any given pallet at any time. The width of each aisle depends on the type of material handling equipment being used.

A dynamic and dense storage solution that puts the power of gravity to work.  Each lane is slanted, so when a pallet is picked, gravity allows the remaining pallets to move to the front.

Pallet Flow is intended for First-In First-Out (FIFO) applications.

Forklift operators drive within the frame of the rack to access interior loads.

Great for applications with ground-store products that are not stackable, or when the maximum stackable quantity has been obtained. The side of each pallet sits on rails, so the integrity and strength of the pallet is imperative

Used for both First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-In-Last-Out (FILO) applications.

Best for storing long items or other non-standard sized loads. If you are having difficulty fitting your product on standard pallet rack, cantilever may be a viable solution.

Plastic tubing, steel pipes, lumber, and furniture are a few examples of products stored in cantilever.

A pallet shuttle is deep-channel automated storage and retrieval system.

Traditional racking requires aisle spacing, which means space utilization around 50%. With a shuttle system, 100% of the space can be utilized.

Forklift operators pick up the docking station with the shuttle vehicle and insert the unit into the desired rack location. From there, the shuttle stores and retrieves the pallets.

When the forklift driver picks up the pallet, the Orbiter system conveys the next available pallet to the front of the system.

Standard pallet rack mounted on carriages that move on rails. Operators can access each aisle with a remote control, or by pressing a button on the racking system. Intended for applications with High SKU volume, Mobile Racking is an extremely dense storage system.

An AS/RS Pallet Crate system uses single and double-masted cranes to store and retrieve pallets. Fully customizable, pallet cranes are tailored to the end user’s requirements: from 20 ft. to 140 ft.!

That was not a typo, 140 ft!

The ultimate use of space. This solution is set up by attaching the roof and walls directly to the racking.

With module height up to 82 ft. and aisle length up to near 500 ft, this should be the definition of “space optimization.”
