December Recap: Two3 on the 23rd
Share
As the year winds down and warehouses quiet for the holidays, we’ve been doing a little reflecting of our own. December gave us a chance to pause, look back on what we’ve built, and remind ourselves why we do things the way we do. Across every install and every project update, consistency has meant staying true to our process, our people, and our clients.

Our Month Built on Core Values
This month brought so much energy to the floor. Jake’s interviews reminded us that the foundation of Two3 was never just about selling warehouse solutions, it was about building relationships, finding better ways to solve problems, and creating a place where good people want to do good work.
Between that message, Kyle’s tips, and a new round of project updates, our feed felt like a true snapshot of who we are: a team that learns, adapts, and takes pride in what we build together.
We also took time this month to celebrate Matt’s work anniversary! Milestones like that are a reminder that our best work comes from consistency, dedication, and people who show up and take pride in what they do.

Celebrating Growth and Gratitude
We'll be wrapping up the month with a little bit of everything: installs, culture, creativity, and a few laughs as we continue to grow closer as a unit. Whether it was a throwback to our Thanksgiving potluck, a few rounds of Friday at Pebble, or a holiday-themed install coming together, it's all pointed to the same thing: growth.
It’s been a big year for Two3, and this season reminded us what got us here: the details, the people, and the drive to keep improving. From all of us at Two3 Solutions: thank you for following along, for partnering with us, and for being part of another great year of ideas turned into action.
Here’s to a strong finish and a fresh start.
Merry Christmas from the Two3 team!
