Guard Rail Specifications

- Rails are 11 ga. high tensile steel, hardware mounting kits are included on all orders.

- Columns consist of a 4" x 4" square tube and 8" x 8" x 5/8" baseplate, 1/2" x 5" anchors included.

- 10,000 lb. load at 5 mph rating.

- Rails measure evenly from center-to-center of column. Example: R10-WG is 9'-8" and measures 10' from center-to-center of column.

Anchors

Anchors are used to fasten the guarding securely to your warehouse floor, which are required to maintain its impact rating.

Double High Guard Rail

Depending on application, we offer both single and double high rail systems.

Hardware

Through-bolt hardware connects the HD rails to the guardrail columns, punched for both 90 degree turns and straight runs

Column

Columns consist of a 4" x 4" square tube and 8" x 8" x 5/8" baseplate, 1/2" x 5" anchors included. 10,000 lb. load at 5 mph rating

Openings/Gates

Stoppage points in guardrail layouts allow for pedestrian traffic within work cells and walkways - these openings can be retrofitted with a variety of gates.
