CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

Two3 designs and integrates conveyor systems around your layout, volume, and day-to-day workflow. We start by mapping the handoffs between storage, picking, packout, and outbound, then coordinate the conveyor path, transitions, and safety details so the system fits the building and keeps product moving consistently once it’s live.

What problem does it solve?

- Reduces walking and unnecessary touches between key work areas

- Keeps orders moving consistently from pick to pack to outbound

- Helps prevent congestion and backups in high-traffic zones

- Creates cleaner handoffs between processes, teams, and stations

- Improves overall flow without needing a full facility redesign

Features

- Gravity or powered options based on product and throughput needs

- Designed to support accumulation, staging, and smooth transitions

- Layouts built to handle merges, turns, and elevation changes cleanly

- Visibility and access kept in mind for daily operation and service

- Safety-focused planning around pinch points, traffic paths, and work zones

Custom to your needs

We design the conveyor around your building, your product mix, and the way your team works day to day. We account for clear heights, traffic paths, volume, and handoff points so the system fits the space, supports the workflow, and can adapt as your operation grows.

Key Factors When Designing

System footprint / Surrounding traffic

Conveyors live in the same world as forklifts, racks, and people, so we design the layout to protect flow without stealing aisle space or creating pinch points.

Vertical Changes

We look at clearances, access for maintenance, and how product behaves and moves on the way up or down.
In this application, the spiral is doing the heavy lifting on elevation and is determined by the clear height.

Carton Characteristics

Size, weight, bottom condition, and stability decide what conveyor style works best and how fast it can run without issues.

Handoff / transition points

Anywhere the conveyor changes direction, speed, or section type is a “detail zone,” so we plan for clean transfers to avoid jams and damaged product.

Curves / Turns

Curve radius, roller spacing, and side guides matter a lot here, especially for keeping cartons stable and preventing drift or hang-ups through direction changes.

We look forward to connecting with you!
