Two3 on the 23rd: November Recap
November gave us the perfect mix of progress and perspective. It was a reminder that steady improvement is what keeps this company moving forward!
We started strong with Pallet Racking Week, a full run of content built to educate and connect. From quick Two3 Tips to the full Pallet Racking Playbook, the goal was simple: show what smart storage really looks like when design and execution meet. Midweek animations broke down common misconceptions, and our Fact vs. Fiction post reminded people that efficiency doesn’t have to be complicated, it has to be intentional.

The work didn’t stop there. New mezzanine builds, tenant locker installs, and a standout modular office project proved again how much value comes from doing the details right. These projects showed that growth doesn’t always mean expansion... sometimes, it means rethinking the four walls that you already have.
Our team showed out with some Halloween throwbacks... congrats to Kyle on winning the costume contest! The Fridays at Pebble crew are back at it, and a new round of creative graphics is pushing our design language forward. Jake also shared a bit of Two3’s story: how this company started with a goal to create a place people want to work, and how that same mindset still shapes the way we treat our customers.

For us, innovation doesn’t mean reinventing everything. It means taking what matters most and making it work better: for our people, our clients, and every project we install.
We’re closing November with the same energy we started it with: focused, steady, and ready for what’s next!
Follow along as we continue to Imagine. Integrate. Implement.
