When Should You Request a Pallet Rack Review?
Request a review after an impact, when components appear damaged or missing, or when the configuration or stored loads have changed. Two3 helps document visible concerns and coordinate the appropriate next step.
The review scope must be agreed for your project. A visual review is not certification, engineering approval or a comprehensive structural assessment. Do not use page guidance as permission to keep using damaged rack; follow facility procedures and obtain direction from the appropriate qualified specialist.

What Can a Rack Review Cover?
Uprights and bracing
Look for bends, twists, dents, cracked welds, missing bracing and impact near the lower frame.
Beams and connectors
Review beam damage, connector engagement, safety locks and any signs that components have shifted.
Base plates and anchors
Check the frame-to-floor connection, missing or damaged anchors and visible movement at the base.
Loads and protection
Compare the current configuration and use with available load information, then review where guards or layout changes may reduce repeat impacts.

Should Damaged Rack Be Repaired or Replaced?
An engineered repair may be an option for some damaged rack; other conditions call for component replacement or reconfiguration. The choice depends on the rack system, condition, connections and actual loading.
Two3 helps document affected locations and coordinate the repair or replacement scope. Have the proposed repair designed or reviewed by a qualified rack engineer and installed by qualified personnel under the approved procedure. The vendor images illustrate repair approaches, not instructions for a facility to perform its own repair.

Front-column and sloped-frame repairs need different details
Front-column and sloped-frame repairs require details matched to the existing geometry, connections and loading. Beam attachment points, brace connections and aisle clearances are inputs to technical review.
Do not select a repair assembly from a product photograph or assume components are interchangeable. The repair provider and qualified engineer should confirm suitability and capacity for the actual installed configuration. A repair does not automatically increase the rack’s load rating.
