Two3 on the 23rd: July Recap
Share
July at Two3 had a little bit of everything.
A little warehouse storage. A little safety talk. A little soccer in the office. A little golf. A few work anniversaries. And one teammate carrying the flag as part of a coast-to-coast relay.
Not a bad Midwest summer mix!
Summer started with a little friendly competition
We kicked off this stretch with our World Cup office challenge, and it ended up being one of our favorite posts of the month.
It was simple, fun, and very Two3: get the team together, set up a challenge, talk a little trash, and see who can actually finish under pressure.
Kyle took on something bigger than the miles
One of the best moments of the month was cheering on Kyle as he took part in Relay For America.
The event carries one American flag from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. in honor of America’s 250th birthday, with every mile run in honor of a veteran.
We were proud to see someone from our team be part of something with that kind of meaning.

Small parts got a smarter home
On the warehouse side, our UNEX SpeedCell tip got a lot of attention this month.
The idea is pretty simple: use the space under an existing rack bay to create organized small parts storage while keeping bulk storage above.
That kind of solution is exactly why we like sharing Two3 Tips. It is practical, visual, and easy to understand once you see it in action.
Safety stayed part of the conversation
July also gave us a chance to keep talking about safety as a layout decision, not just a product category.
From National Safety Month to guardrail, rack protection, walkways, and traffic separation, the main idea stays the same: the best safety solutions start by understanding how people, forklifts, product, doors, and equipment move through the space.

Projects kept moving
We also shared progress from a few warehouse projects, including a modular office with a conference room and four offices, a rack update in East Troy, a smooth project update from Southeast Wisconsin, and a few rack install and teardown clips.
Some posts are polished. Some are quick clips from the floor. Both matter.
That is the real story of the month: steady progress, useful solutions, and the kind of everyday work that keeps projects moving.
A few team moments, too
We celebrated Mike’s work anniversary, Haden’s work anniversary, and mixed in a special Fourth of July edition of Fridays at Pebble.
Because around here, July is apparently part warehouse work, part golf outing, part office challenge, and part “how is summer already moving this fast?”
Coming up
Coming up, we will keep sharing more project progress, safety solutions, warehouse tips, and behind-the-scenes moments from the team.
Thanks for checking in with us, and happy Two3 on the 23rd!
