Two3 on the 23rd: June Recap
Share
June has been an awesome month for Two3 Solutions!
Safety upgrades, racking progress, customer stories, new faces on the website, and just enough golf content to remind you that summer in Wisconsin does not last long enough!
Safety built into the work
June is National Safety Month, so it's fitting that one of our project highlights from the last month was a catwalk install in Wauwatosa.

This wash bay needed a safer and cleaner way for employees to work above vehicles during washdowns, especially with salt trucks coming through in the winter. The solution was a catwalk built over the existing area, giving the team better access from above instead of working from a rolling ladder.
It is not the flashiest kind of project, but it is exactly the kind of safety upgrade that makes a real difference in how work gets done every day.
Sussex Turnkey Install keeps moving
We also kept sharing progress from the large turnkey warehouse project in Sussex.
The starter bays are up, material is moving, and the space is starting to look more like a working distribution setup with every update. These are the kinds of projects that show how much coordination happens before and during install: layout, staging, sequencing, product flow, and a lot of steel going exactly where it needs to go.

There will be more updates from this one as the project continues.
A smarter way to use a rack bay
One of the project highlights this month was a UNEX SpeedCell install.
The video shows our install team putting the system together inside an existing rack bay, turning the space below the pallet positions into organized small parts storage. Once installed, the SpeedCell gives the customer more pick faces in a condensed footprint while still preserving bulk storage above.
We’ll be sharing a closer breakdown of how the system works in a follow-up Two3 Tip soon.
A little website work, a little team work
We also kept updating the website with fresh project visuals, new team member information, and more ways to show what the Two3 process looks like from first walkthrough to finished install.
On the team side, we celebrated Jen’s 5-year work anniversary and Ben’s 1-year mark... congrats on your work anniversaries!
WMC Golf Outing
We also got out for the WMC Golf Outing on June 17th, which was a great chance to spend time with people outside the usual warehouse setting.
The team brought a few giveaways, got some swings in, and had a good excuse to connect with customers, partners, and other Wisconsin business folks in a more relaxed setting.
Events like this are always a good reminder that relationships matter just as much as the projects themselves. A lot of the best conversations do not happen in a meeting room, sometimes they happen somewhere between the tee box and the pin!

Coming up
Coming up, we’ll keep sharing progress from the large Sussex warehouse build as more rack goes up and the distribution space continues to take shape.
We also have a case study on our SpeedCell install, the small parts storage solution that fits inside a rack bay and helps create more pick faces without giving up bulk storage above.
Thanks for checking in with us, and happy Two3 on the 23rd!
